Today I learned something new...

That the Mayans also had a word similar to the ones I was already familiar with such as "namaste". How beautiful that the whole world shares a similar sentiment of love and appreciation. The inflections and sounds we place on the expression changes, but the meaning is the same.

What do you tell the world?

I went for my run yesterday morning. Each day I run past a house with a big, beautiful window that faces the mountains. Just inside the window is a massive flat screen TV that hides the entire view of the outdoors.

This made me think about communication; how EVERYTHING we do communicates with the world. Our clothing, our objects, our words, our expressions...EVERYTHING!

What was this family behind the TV telling me? Was what they were telling me in alignment with what they WANTED to tell me...
